By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You may use Ollie AI for lawful business purposes only.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Not reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the software
  • Comply with all laws related to data handling and communication

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

2. User Data and Content

By using the platform, you grant Ollie AI permission to process and analyze:

  • Call data
  • Meeting transcripts
  • CRM records
  • Conversation insights

We only use this data to deliver and improve our Services.

You retain ownership of your content at all times.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, design, and technology within Ollie AI belong exclusively to the Company.

You may not:

  • Copy the platform
  • Create derivative works
  • Sell or sublicense the software
  • Reuse our technology outside of normal use

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

If using a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed according to your selected plan
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • All fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may change with notice

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

  • Business information
  • Strategy
  • Customer data
  • Internal documentation

This obligation survives termination.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Ollie AI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of AI generated suggestions
  • Zero downtime
  • Specific business outcomes

You use the platform at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Ollie AI is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You misuse the platform
  • You fail to pay your subscription fees

You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada (or modify as needed).
